This “Dinnerwear Collection" was so much fun to make!
The China is from fragments of a Peter Rabbit, Alphabet vintage plate. It is encased with a silver-blend metalwork solder to creat strong and sturdy pieces.The band is made with an 1847 Rogers Bros. XS triple silver plated vintage spoon handle.
All of my spoon rings are handmade using actual vintage flatware. This spoon ring is handmade to order using a vintage silverware.
Some of these spoons are bright and shiny, some are darker, but they are all unique.
I design all my pieces by using mixed media art and including mainly vintage and antique pieces to create something new from something old, hence, Disegno Antiguo Nuevo.
